Hoy es un día maravilloso para disfrutar de una deliciosa pasta y super facil de hacer. Cuando estoy apurada acostumbro a cocinar recetas básicas de pastas usando solo pollo, pavo y pescado.
Para la comida de hoy cocine pasta con pollo y salsa pesto. Añadí un poco de vegetales para dar más sabor a la pasta.
INGREDIENTES:
• Un paquete de pasta de fursilli corti bucati o penne pasta de 17.6 onzas.
• 8 espárragos cortados en dos partes ( corta los extremos blancos)
• Tómame cereza 1.5 libras
• 3 pechugas de pollo
• Un franco de 8 onzas de salsa pesto de albahaca italiana
• Aceite de oliva
• Queso Parmesano
Para sazonar las pechugas
• Sal
• Sazonador ( Opcional )
• Pimienta molida
Today is a wonderful day to enjoy delicious pasta super easy to make. When I'm in a hurry I like to cook basic recipes with pastas using simple ingredients like vegetables and chicken.
For today's meal, I cook pasta with chicken and pesto sauce. I added some vegetables to give the pasta more freshness.
INGREDIENTS:
• A packet of 17.6 ounce fursilli corti bucati or penne pasta.
• 8 asparagus cut into two parts (cut white ends)
• 1.5 pound cherry tomatoes
• 3 chicken breasts
• 8 oz franc of Italian basil pesto sauce
• Olive oil
• Parmesan
To season the chicken breasts:
• Salt
• Seasoning (Optional)
• Ground pepper
PASOS
En una cacerola grande pon a hervir agua para cocinar la pasta.
Cortar los espárragos y los tomates.
STEPS
In a large saucepan, boil water to cook the pasta.
Cut asparagus and tomatoes.
In a large skillet over low heat put two tablespoons of olive oil. When the oil is hot place the chicken breasts and fry them.
Después de 12 minutos, apaga el agua con la pasta. Escurre la pasta bien.
Remove the chicken breasts when they are well cooked. And put them on a plate. Cut the breasts into small parts.
After 12 minutes, turn off the water with the paste. Drain the pasta well.
En un sartén limpio a fuego corona pon una cucharada de aceite de oliva. Cuando el aceite esté caliente coloca los espárragos y deja cocinar por 3 minutos. Agrega la salsa pesto y las pechugas cortadas y la pasta. Revuelve bien. Deja cocer bien y añade los tomates cortados, sal y pimienta al gusto.
Revuelve bien.
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a clean skillet over heat. When the oil is hot place the asparagus and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add pesto sauce and cut breasts and pasta. Stir well. Let it cook well and add the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well.
Disfruta con queso Parmesano.
